Bitget fees: check your account and trade history
Check Bitget rates before an order and reconcile the actual deduction afterward. Follow the product, account-rate and MTOWN benefit checks in order.
Before ordering, check these in order
Separate direct trading and copy trading
Start with spot or futures trading commissions. If using copy trading, check the separate profit-sharing terms as well as the ordinary execution fee.
Check the spot BGB payment option
For BGB payment, read the actual account setting and applicable spot rate. Do not carry a spot BGB percentage over to every futures product.
Identify the futures contract and fee currency
Distinguish USDT-M from crypto-margined contracts and read the deducted currency in history. Keep perpetual funding separate from execution fees.
Reconcile fills and MTOWN attribution
Compare executed value, maker/taker role and the deducted fee. Check MTOWN attribution and avoid deducting a benefit again if it is already reflected in the account rate.
| Market | Maker | Taker | MTOWN benefit wording |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spot | 0.10% | 0.10% | 20% fee discount |
| Futures | 0.02% | 0.06% | 20% fee discount |
Important
These are representative baseline figures maintained by Margin Town. Your exchange account's live fee page is the final source of truth because VIP levels, product types and promotions can change the effective fee.
Open Bitget official fee information →After a fill, reconcile four fields
Match the selected product, executed value, maker/taker role and deducted fee for the same fill. Unfilled order value is not part of the execution-fee calculation.
| Field | What to record |
|---|---|
| Product and pair | Spot/contract type and settlement currency |
| Execution | Filled quantity × execution price |
| Applied rate | Maker or taker rate for this fill |
| Deduction | Fee amount and currency; funding/benefits separately |
When the amount differs from expectations
Copy-trading settlement exceeds the fee table
Check whether there is a separate profit-share settlement. A percentage of profit is not a percentage of traded notional.
The BGB option does not match futures rates
Read the spot BGB payment terms and the actual futures account rate separately.
An additional cost appears on withdrawal
The selected asset and network determine withdrawal costs separately from trading commissions. Check the amount for that withdrawal request.
