Open Verification
From the profile or account area, open the Verification page.
Start individual identity verification
Choose the individual-account verification flow shown in your account.
Enter the requested personal information
Use legal details that match the identity document you will submit.
Choose and submit an accepted government ID
Follow the live document options and keep all document edges and text clear.
Complete the selfie or facial check
Follow the camera prompts without filters, masks or face coverings.
Review status and additional requests
Check the verification result and provide extra information only if your account requests it.
